1. Trip Confirmation

To make your trip confirmation we will give you criteria via mail. There are different trips. Some are require confirming more early similarly some can be arrange with in short period.

2. Deposit requirement

you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 25 % of total cost for your booking to be confirmed. This can be done through our bank account, your credit card or via western union money transfer. Bank charge should paid by clients. In the case of regular client, Agent and group leader, we will follow the way that you feel easy.

3. Final Payment

Final payment of your trip can be made after your arrival in Nepal. Full payment should be made before trip departure. Be mindful, we also reserve the right to cancel your trip provided full amount is not paid in time.

4. Paying by Credit card

Paying by Credit card will be charged 4 % Extra which is Credit card center and Bank charge. We accept Visa and Master card.

5. Documents Requirements

We need your passport scan coy via mail. Your arrival details (Airlines Name, Flight Number and Arrival time) your insurance cover letter, we will collect once you arrive in Kathmandu. We need at least 3 Passport size of your picture.

Note: If you wish us to arrange your Insurance here in Nepal, we will arrange it for you

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of confirmation booking must be made by the client. Cancel your trip before a month will charge you 20% of Total cost. Last hours (1 Week) cancellation doesn’t refund you any amount. In the case of Trip in Nepal, cancellation of your trip would charge you 20 % of total cost even in last hour cancelation.

7. Risk & Liabilities;

We are committed to providing the best services which will give you a once in a life time journey in this connection, we perform our duties honestly & seriously to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, the entire programs in Nepal/Tibet/Bhutan/ India are conducted strictly under the rules and regulation of theirs’ own policies. we shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstance such as govt. restriction, Land slide, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spots.

8. Rescue condition

If sickness accure on the way of trip in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and India, we will make all the arrangement. Amount should be paid by clients it self. We can provide you all the bills, receipt and needed documents to claim it in your insurance.

9. Service includes / doesn’t include

In your total cost we mention your services and criteria. Beside that things are extra paid if emergency rescue, early arrival from any trip, or immediately change your program. In the case of Kailash or Tibet trip if any things emergency happen by Government Risk should be bear from traveler self.
