Simikot –Limi Valley Trekking
Limi valley is situated at Humla district far western part of Nepal. One of the most beautiful, adventurous and exciting place for the trekkers. The culture, custom and language are dominated by Tibetan. Still you can get experience the Tibetan tradition in this trek.
It was forbidden place for tourist, but now it is open those trekkers who wants to visit remote but beautiful place. Before start the trek, we have to obtain special permit from Nepal Government because it is controlled by the Government of Nepal. To trek the limi valley needed to preparation from Kathmandu for accommodation, foods etc. You can not get any modern or few facilities of foods and accommodation. It is totally out of normal trekking trail. We have to spend the night at camp or in local houses in some places.
The breathtaking views, ethnic group, culture, language and the life style are more attractive than other places. The place, from where Nepal’s longest rivers (Karnali) start. Limi valley is heaven for photogenic, adventure. Where you can find beautiful forests, villages, wild animals, birds with scenery of snow capped mountains. Limi valley treks shows not only Nepal’s beauty, from here you can see famous Holy Mountain in Tibet “Mt. Kailash” as well Mt Gurlamandhata also. Eithr you can extend your tour to Tibet or only finished until Nepal boarder. If you like to extend to make tour to Tibet from this side, you have to book Tibet tour in advance. Tibet is forbidden place but before enter in Tibet, we can get special permission and visa from Tibet

Day to Day Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu We will greet at Airport you by our representative transfer to the hotel for the night stay.
Day 02: Kathmandu City Tour: In the morning after breakfast start our sightseeing tour around cultural cities in Kathmandu valley. Such as Buddhist and Hindu temples which mirror the local culture and tradition of Nepalese society. In the afternoon you will be briefing about trekking, get together with guide.
Day 03: Flight Kathmandu-Nepalgunj: Accommodation: At Hotel.
Day 04: Flight Nepalgunj-Simikot (2950 m): 45 minutes flight to Simikot. Overnight at Hotel
Day 05: Simikot to Dharapuri (2300 m) 4 hrs: Overnight at Camp
Day 06: Dharapuri to Kermi (2670 m) 3 hrs: Overnight at Camp
Day 07: Kermi to Yalbang (3020 m) 5 hrs: Overnight at Camp
Day 08: Yalbang to Muchu (3120 m) 4 hrs or Tumkot (3380 m) 5 hrs: Overnight at Camp
Day 09: Tumkot to Yari (3700 m) or Thado Dunga (3750 m) 5 hrs: Overnight at Camp
Day 10: Yari to Hilsa (3720 m), crossing the Nara La (4620 m) 6 hrs: Overnight at Camp
Day 11: Hilsa to Manepeme (3990 m) 5 hrs: Overnight at Camp
Day 12: Manepeme to Til (4000 m) 6 hrs: Overnight at Camp
Day 13: Til to Halji (3660 m) 3 hrs: Overnight at Camp
Day 14: Halji to Jang (3930 m) 4 hrs: Overnight at Camp
Day 15: Jang to Talung (4370 m) 8 hrs: Overnight at Camp
Day 16: Talung to Shinjungma (3620 m), crossing the Nyalu La (4940 m) 8 hrs: Overnight at Camp
Day 15 Shinjungma to Kermi (2670 m) 7 hrs: Overnight at Camp
Day 16 – Kermi to Simikot (2950 m) 6 hrs: Overnight at Camp
Day 17 – Flight Simikot-Nepalgunj-Kathmandu: Early morning flight back to Kathmandu, via Nepalgunj. Overnight at Hotel inKathmandu
Day 18: Day extra in Kathmandu. Shopping and guided tour. Evening dinner at Typicval Nepali Restaurant with cultural dance.
Day 19: Transfer to International Airport for your final departure
